Why Warner Robins?
Emory Heart & Vascular – Warner Robins, GA

Emory Healthcare is seeking a well-trained, motivated Board Certified / Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join our team at Emory Warner Robins Hospital (formerly Houston Healthcare). This is a unique opportunity to shape a growing cardiovascular program within one of the most respected academic health system, Emory Healthcare.
  • Level II Cath Lab with 24/7 STEMI coverage
  • STEMI and general call shared among 4+ cardiologists (approx. 1:4 weekdays and weekends)
  • Procedures include PCI, IABP, Impella, with IVUS and FFR available on-site
  • Two brand-new Philips Cath Labs with experienced interventional support staff
  • Flexibility to read imaging (echo, stress, cardiac CT) if desired
  • Peripheral interventions welcome, but not required
  • Complex coronary cases can be performed by the candidate at Emory’s tertiary centers in Atlanta, with credentialing and mentorship support
  • Full integration with Emory’s primary care, EP, heart failure, and structural cardiology outreach
  • J-1 visa waiver candidates welcome
This is a mixed interventional and general cardiology role—perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on clinical practice, collaborative care, and the autonomy to build something meaningful in a dynamic community.

Warner Robins sits at the intersection of career opportunity and lifestyle balance.
  • Located just 90 minutes from Atlanta and minutes from Macon, with easy access to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport
  • Strong referral base and robust local demand for cardiovascular services
  • A close-knit physician community and collegial hospital culture
  • Access to Emory's extensive academic resources, quality programs, and teaching opportunities
  • Supportive environment for those interested in leadership, program growth, or clinical innovation
